Questions dealers ask.
I run a window cleaning or pressure washing company. Is this really a fit?
It's the best fit we've found. You already have the customers, the ladders and a crew that works at height. Lighting fills the months when window work slows down.
Do I need to be an electrician?
Our systems are low-voltage Class 2 with UL certified power supplies, and we train your crew on the full install. Rules on who can connect power vary by area, so we'll go over what applies in your market on the strategy call.
Is there a franchise fee?
No. You're a Horizon dealer, not a franchisee. There's no franchise fee.
Do I get my own territory?
Yes. Approved dealers get exclusive territory rights, so you're not competing with another Horizon dealer in your area. We map it out with you on the strategy call.
Do I have to stock inventory?
No. You order what each job needs from us: track cut to length, colour-matched screws, lights and power boxes. It ships from Edmonton.
Do I need lighting experience?
No. You need to be a quality-focused exterior trade. We train you on planning, cuts, mounting and power. Launch Partners get hands-on training from our installer at their own shop.
What does the Launch Partner package cost?

Can I start with track and screws only?
