Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Horizon Lighting, which is operated by 2823049 Alberta Inc. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and orders

We sell aluminum lighting track, custom cuts and colour-matched screws. Colours on screen are close but not exact; ask us for a colour chip if you need a perfect match. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or an item we can't supply) and will refund anything you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless your checkout shows another currency. Shipping and taxes are added at checkout. Bulk discounts apply automatically based on your order total and can't be combined with other discounts unless stated.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy. All sales are final; damage and our-mistake claims are covered by our refund policy. US buyers are responsible for any duties, tariffs and brokerage fees.

Installation and use

Our track is a building product sold for installation by the buyer or their installer. You're responsible for installing it safely, following local building and electrical codes, and using appropriate lights and power supplies. We're not responsible for how products are installed, or for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as labour costs, lost profits or delays.

The content on this site, including text, images, 3D models and our logo, belongs to us. Don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

How we handle your information is covered by our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
