Shipping policy

We ship from our shop in Edmonton, Alberta to anywhere in Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Large orders and custom cuts can take longer. We'll email you if yours will take more time.

Carriers

We ship with UPS. For long pieces and big orders we may use a regional freight carrier instead. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address. Track ships in long boxes, so shipping prices reflect box size as well as weight.

Free pickup in Edmonton

Choose Pickup at checkout and grab your order at Unit 9, 9903 209 St NW, Edmonton AB T5T 5X9. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when it's ready.

Taxes

Canadian orders are charged GST/HST based on the delivery province.

US orders: duties and tariffs

US orders ship from Canada. US Customs may charge duties, tariffs (aluminum products are currently subject to US tariffs) and brokerage fees on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the buyer to the carrier. Refused shipments are not refundable.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If it arrives damaged, see our refund policy. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
