3/4" Permanent Lighting Track (Hat Channel)
Pre-punched 3/4" aluminum hat track for permanent LED roofline lighting. Formed, punched and cut on our own machine in Edmonton, with a UV-rated painted finish that won't flake or peel.
- Profile: 3/4" deep hat track, 1-3/4" face, 75° walls, 3/8" flanges
- Finish: UV-rated paint that won't flake, peel or fade
- Lengths: 81" (2 m) or 39.4" (1 m). Need odd lengths? Use the order calculator for custom cuts.
- Hole spacing: 8" for 5-light strands, 9" for single lights
- Colours: 24 trim colours plus mill finish
- Joints: each piece overlaps the last, no connectors needed
- Fastening: 3 screws per piece (one in the middle, one at each overlap). Grab colour-matched screws with your order.
Why ours: cut to order in Edmonton, so no waiting on overseas stock. It's lighter and easier to cut and handle, the angled walls let pieces stack tight so shipping costs less, and it's Canadian made, so lower tariffs than imported track.

Shipping: UPS across Canada and the US, or free pickup at our Edmonton shop. US orders may be charged duties and brokerage by the carrier on delivery.
